About Mulberry Way

 Hi!  I'm Julie.  Lover of old things, old words and old ways, and owner of Mulberry Way Vintage.  Welcome to my little corner of cyberspace.  

I started Mulberry Way back in 2020 when Covid layoffs found their way to our household.  As a vintage enthusiast, I decided to hold a sort of virtual garage sale to help out.  Little did I know how I'd fall in love with the process of connecting vintage seekers with just the right pieces!  

Clients began to message me after a sale, "do you have any Fenton Hobnail?"..."any Blue Willow?" Well, I'm always on the hunt, so I started adding to my treasure-hunting wish list for my clients.  Early on, I found a set of old, pretty heavily crazed Blue Willow for a sweet lady in Utah.  After she received her shipment, she wrote me a lovely note about how much the set reminded her of her own mother, who had passed away years before, and how having tea in the new-to-her, age-worn mug made her feel closer to her loved one.

That was it for me. Knowing the joy of folks finding a sought-after treasure, whether a reminder of a loved one or even just adding a piece to a beloved jadeite collection, I knew this was what I wanted to do.

I tried a Shopify online store, but that just turned out to feel very impersonal. So for now, Facebook Shops is where you'll find me. 

As for this space, I'm not quite sure how it will evolve, but it feels a lot more personal and "me" than a glossy online store.
